Terms & Refunds

1. Services
Vexora Studio provides web development, design and related digital services. The exact deliverables for each package are described on its product page and on our Whop store. Custom projects are based on a scope agreed in writing before work begins.
2. Orders and payment
Packages are purchased and paid through Whop. Prices are shown on the product page at the time of purchase. By purchasing, you also agree to Whop's terms of service.
3. Project materials
Delivery times start once we have received all required materials (requirements, branding, content) and the scope has been confirmed. Delays in providing materials extend the delivery time accordingly.
4. Revisions
Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated in its description. Revisions cover changes within the agreed scope; new features or pages outside that scope are quoted separately.
5. Refunds
If we have not started work on your project, you can request a full refund. Once design or development has begun, refunds are handled case by case based on the work completed. To request a refund, email office@vexora-studio.dev with your Whop order details.
6. Ownership
After full payment, you receive the delivered source files for your project and may use them for your business. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
